📍 Shipping Coverage (India Only)

We currently offer standard shipping to almost all major cities, towns, and PIN codes across India. If we are unable to service your location, you will be notified during checkout. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

⏱️ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or order verification (for COD orders). A confirmation email/SMS will be sent once your order is confirmed.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates; delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a courier partner link via email/SMS. You can use this to monitor the real-time status of your delivery. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

🤝 Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • COD is available for orders with a maximum value of ₹.599

  • We reserve the right to verify COD orders telephonically or via SMS before dispatch.

  • Please provide a correct phone number and email address to ensure smooth verification and delivery.

  • The exact order amount must be paid in cash to the delivery partner. We do not accept partial payments.

🛡️ Non-Delivery & Shipping Damages

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team. We work only with reputed courier partners; however, if your package arrives damaged or has been tampered with, please do not accept delivery, and immediately photograph the issue. Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery attempt for assistance.
